07.08.2024The World Esperanto Congress, held in Arusha from August 3-10 this year, brought together over seven hundred seventy Esperanto speakers from various parts of the world. The opening of this unique event, aimed at promoting international understanding and cultural exchange, was also attended by a representative of our mission – Deputy Consul Krystyna Fatyga.

03.05.2024During the reception organized in the gardens of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dar es Salaam, Ambassador Krzysztof Buzalski recalled the history of the adoption of the May 3rd Constitution and talked about the recent Polish history and Poland's current socio-economic success after joining the European Union on May 1, 2004. He also emphasized our strong support for Ukraine defending itself against Russian aggression and fighting for its choice to join the democratic world.

01.03.2024As part of the cooperation of the EUNIC cluster (European Network of Cultural Institutes) in Tanzania, we participated in the implementation of the project "Viraka Freshi/Fresh patches", supporting the local developing fashion sector, supported by the embassies of: France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Ireland and Poland and the EU Delegation, as well as Alliance Francaise, Goethe Institut and British Council, and also local partners: Naledi Creative Center and CDEA Fashion Incubator.

09.02.2024On February 8-9, 2024, President Andrzej Duda and First Lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda paid an official visit to Tanzania, during which the following took place: talks with President Samia Suluhu Hassan, a visit to the Aga Khan Hospital, where the Polish Center for International Aid implements the Polish Aid project and the Polish community reception.

08.02.2024On February 6-8, 2024, President Andrzej Duda and First Lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda paid an official visit to Rwanda, during which, among others, talks took place with President Paul Kagame and the Polish-Rwandan Economic Round Table, as well as visits at the Luna Smelter tinworks and the Center for Blind Children in Kibeho.
