Temporary suspension of visa applications due to ICT system failure

Please be advised that due to the failure of the ICT system, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dar es Salaam has temporarily suspended the acceptance of visa applications.

Regretfully, we would like to inform you that due to a critical failure in the ICT system, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dar es Salaam has temporarily suspended the acceptance of visa applications.

Due to the abovementioned malfunction, visa appointments scheduled until July 31st will not be able to be carried out as planned. New appointment dates for individuals who cannot be accommodated by the end of this month will be proposed to the applicants promptly after the full operational functionality is restored. It is expected to take place within two weeks.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation. Our technical team is actively working to resolve the issue and restore full functionality to the ICT system. Please check our website frequently for updates on the resumption of the registration system.
