In Arusha, Mr. Wolski met with Mr. Jacek Rejman, pilot and owner of Arusha Medivac, a company providing essential medical air evacuation services in the region. The discussion focused on the importance of air transport in emergency situations, supporting the healthcare system and saving lives in remote areas of Tanzania.

In Tengeru, Mr. Wolski met with Polish missionaries: Sisters Ines and Zofia from the Congregation of St. Elizabeth and Brother Dariusz, a Franciscan. The missionaries shared their experiences from daily work helping the most vulnerable. Their activities – ranging from education and healthcare to social support – reflect Poland’s long-standing contribution in the spirit of solidarity and humanitarian mission abroad.

Mr. Wolski also visited the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology in Tengeru, where he met with Dr. Marta Mendel, Vice-Rector for Internationalization from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. The discussions focused on potential areas of scientific and educational cooperation between Poland and Tanzania.

Additionally, SGGW staff conducted trainings in Tengeru for teachers and technical personnel at the Livestock Training Agency, supporting skills development in safety and milk processing technologies. The visit highlighted the significant contribution of Polish citizens and institutions to Tanzanian society and confirmed the Embassy’s support for these initiatives.
