Jerzy Boczkowski
Jerzy Boczkowski is currently Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Republic of Poland in London. He has been a Polish diplomat for almost sixteen years and was previously posted to Italy, where he worked at the Political and Economic Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Rome. A social scientist by training, Jerzy studied Sociology at the Faculty of Applied Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw, where he defended his MA thesis with honours on ‘Public Opinion as a Threat to Individual Liberties in the Writings of the English philosopher John Stuart Mill’.
A Warsaw native, Jerzy is a marathon runner and cyclist and enjoys travelling and reading in his free time.
