Bartosz Wiśniewski, the Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland, visited Dulwich College in South London.

We celebrated Clare Mulley’s book launch of “Agent Zo,” telling the extraordinary tale of Elżbieta Zawacka. The event was co-organised by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in London and Ognisko Polskie.

On 5 May, the community of Cowes, Isle of Wight, held its annual ceremony honouring the defence of the city by Polish destroyer ORP Błyskawica.

On 27 April, the Polish Embassy in London hosted an event for representatives of organisations in the UK assisting Poles – from obtaining settlement status to supporting people in crisis of homelessness or families whose children have been taken away.

On Wednesday, 17 April 2024, the Polish Bomber Squadron Memorial Center at RAF Ingham was ceremoniously opened. The event was part of this year's Polish Heritage Days – Polish Heritage Days 2024 and kicked off a series of events promoting the Polish presence in the Islands in the Manchester consular district.

Jurek Owsiak and his wife were invited to Scotland by the Edinburgh headquarters of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP). Their primary reason for the visit was to receive an original Scottish kilt, specially crafted from tartan designed exclusively for WOŚP.

The Polish Embassy in London hosted a special reception to promote the Polish wine industry among British and international partners. Ten Polish wineries, a special delegation from the Lower Silesia Voivodeship, and the renowned sommelier Maciej Nowicki were present.

On 15 April 2024, the Polish Embassy in London celebrated World Art Day. Stories about esteemed and accomplished Polish artists, ranging from poetry and literature to film, music, sculpture, and painting, were shared in a special promotional campaign.
