Renovation of the visitor service area at the consular office in London, 13-31 August 2026

From August 13th to 31st, the Consular and Polish Diaspora Section of the Polish Embassy in London, located at 10 Bouverie Street, will undergo renovations, which will disrupt the office's standard operations. The renovation will include, among other things, modernising the service area and restrooms. These works will make the space more functional, comfortable, and accessible.

Renovation announcement

Please bear in mind that during the renovation works:

  • It will not be possible to receive visitors in person at the office or provide standard, face-to-face service.
  • It will not be possible to collect documents, including passports, after a visa is granted in person.
  • Registration via e-konsulat.gov.pl for passport, visa, legal, and Polish citizenship matters will be suspended between August 13th and 31st.
  • During the renovation period, please take advantage of the option to handle certain matters remotely, via traditional mail (e.g., matters concerning the transcription of foreign birth certificates, applications for confirmation of Polish citizenship, etc.).
