If the person making the request asks for information by alternative means of access, they should also specify the most convenient way of presenting the information. The public entity should comply with the request without delay and no later than 7 days from the date of the request. If the deadline cannot be complied with, the public entity will immediately advise the person submitting the request of the nearest reasonable fulfilment of the request the date of which shall not be later than 2 months from the date of submitting the request. If digital accessibility cannot be reasonably ensured, the public entity may offer an alternative means of accessing the requested information. If the public entity refuses to fulfil the demand for accessibility or an alternative way to access the information, the person submitting the request may file a complaint about the digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or a feature thereof.
