On 21-24 November 2020, the Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment, the Chief Geologist of the Country, Piotr Dziadzio, visited Mongolia as a member of the Polish delegation led by the Deputy Speaker of the Sejm, Małgorzata Gosiewska.

At the invitation of the Minister of Climate and Environment, the representatives of government administration and stakeholders of the biogas and biomethane sector on 23 November 2021 signed the “Agreement on cooperation for the development of the biogas and biomethane sectors”. Its objective is to support the development of the biogas and biomethane sectors in Poland. The signed document will help maximise the so-called local content, i.e. the share of Polish entrepreneurs and technologies in the supply chain for the construction and operation of domestic biogas and biomethane plants as well as the development of the market and the common use of biogas and biomethane in the economy.

The Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment, Adam Guibourgé-Czetwertyński, together with the Slovak Secretary of State at the Ministry of Economy, Karol Galek and the Czech Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, paid a visit to Paks in Hungary. The meeting was held at the invitation of Minister János Süla, responsible for the planning, construction and commissioning of two new units at the Paks Nuclear Power Plant, as part of Hungarian Presidency of the Visegrad Group. The event was held on 18 November 2021.

„All waste imported to Poland will be covered by the SENT system. Through this, illegal import of waste will be under special supervision and vehicles transporting waste will be better monitored” – informed the Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment, Jacek Ozdoba, at a press conference held on 18 November 2021. The meeting was also attended by the head of the National Revenue Administration, Magdalena Rzeczkowska and the acting Chief Inspector for Environmental Protection, Michał Mistrzak.

Minister for Climate and Environment, Anna Moskwa, held a series of bilateral meetings during her visit to the ongoing COP26 in Glasgow. She also met with representatives of trade unions and youth councils.

Matters relating to cooperation in the area of hydrogen, geothermal energy and CO2 emission reduction were the main topic of talks between Adam Guibourgé-Czetwertyński, Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment, and María Erla Marelsdóttir, Ambassador of Iceland. The meeting took place on 4 November 2021 in Warsaw.

Environmental awareness, environmental education, COP26 climate summit, as well as Poland's climate and energy transformation were the main discussion topics during the Ecology v Economy panel at the ESG Congress - Polish Business Power. The event, held on 5 November 2021, was attended by Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment, Małgorzata Golińska.

Closer cooperation with Uzbekistan in the area of geology and natural resources was the main discussion topic during the meeting of Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment Piotr Dziadzio with the delegation from Uzbekistan headed by Bobir Islamov, Chairman of the State Committee for Geology and Mineral Resources. The talks were held on 4 November 2021 at the Polish Geological Institute - State Research Institute in Warsaw.

At the invitation of the Prime Minister of Greece, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment, Adam Guibourgé-Czetwertyński, attended a high-level meeting on the impact of climate change on cultural and natural heritage, organised under COP26. The event took place on 2 November 2021.

On 26 October 2021, an extraordinary EU Energy Council was held in Luxembourg to address the issue of rising energy and gas prices in Europe. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister Adam Guibourgé-Czetwertyński.
