Every call in the Programme “Environment, Energy, Climate Change” gives the possibility of implementation the projects with a partner from Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein. Such a partnership is a chance to share experiences and gain new knowledge from foreign institution and is the added value to the project. Partnership projects are also additionally valued during the assessment of the project phase of each call.
