The amendment to the Law becomes binding on Saturday, 19 September 2020. Deregulation is one of the aims of the amendments. Absurdities such as the need to obtain a building permit for the installation of ATMs, parcel machines or other similar devices have been removed. The amendments also increases the stability of measures taken by the investor.
