Bureau for the Protection of Classified Information

The Bureau for the Protection of Classified Information is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulations governing the protection of classified information in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in Poland’s missions abroad. It performs the tasks of Plenipotentiary for Protection of Classified Information, set out in the Act of 5 August 2010 on the Protection of Classified Information (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland 2024, item 632). It grants the status of diplomatic bag as well as organises, coordinates, and oversees its transport.
