Prepares legal opinions on the compliance of draft legislation and international agreements with European Union law. 

Represents Republic of Poland in proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) Court, and monitors the enforcement of judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Coordinates the implementation of European Union law into the Polish legal system. 

Coordinates participation in the infringement proceedings by the Republic of Poland.

Conducts analyses in the field of European Union law.
