Today, on behalf of the 27 Member States, the European Union published a Declaration on malicious activities conducted by hackers and hacker groups in the context of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.

On 19 July 2022, Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau held informal talks in Pažaislis Monastery with Lithuania’s top diplomat Gabrielius Landsbergis. Minister Rau also met with representatives of the Polish minority living in Kaunas and the Kaunas region.

Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, the EU’s relations with Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as digital diplomacy – such were some of the most important topics on the agenda of today’s meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council (FAC). Also, heads of EU diplomacies held a videoconference with Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba.

The last stops on the deputy foreign minister’s tour of South-East Asia were Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, the country’s administrative capital. The talks in Malaysia focused on Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, disinformation by the Russian side, and Polish-Malaysian bilateral relations.

On 18 July 2022, Minister Zbigniew Rau will take part in a Foreign Affairs Council (FAC) meeting in Brussels.

On 15 July, Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau concluded an official visit to Kosovo as part of his tour of the Western Balkans in his capacity as the OSCE Chairman-in-Office.

Poland and its partners have issued a declaration supporting Ukraine in its application before the International Court of Justice against Russia.

On 13 and 14 July, Deputy Minister Marcin Przydacz paid a working visit to Manila, holding talks at the Department of Foreign Affairs, meeting with the national security adviser, and opening a seminar on bilateral cooperation in the IT sector.

On 14 July, in The Hague, Minister Rau took part in a ministerial conference on coordinating international efforts to hold the Russian Federation accountable for its atrocities in Ukraine (“Accountability for Ukraine – Enhancing coordination of action to deliver justice”).

On 13 July 2022, Minister of Foreign Affairs Zbigniew Rau concluded an official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the capacity of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office.
