170 people left Lviv in four coaches. The transport took place on 2 March through efforts of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Lviv and the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The foreign ministers of Poland, France, and Germany met in Łódź on 1 March. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba joined a part of the talks via a videoconference.

On 1-2 March 2022, Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs Zbigniew Rau will visit Geneva to attend the opening of the 49th session of the UN Human Rights Council.

Poland does not recognise the result of the so-called constitutional referendum of 27 February in Belarus. It was announced illegally by Alexander Lukashenko, who had secured office as a result of electoral fraud. The referendum was carried out in serious breach of fundamental democratic principles and amid unprecedented brutal repressions against the Belarusian people.

On 1 March 2022, Łódź will host the foreign ministers of Poland, Germany, and France. The diplomats will meet within the framework of the Weimar Triangle at the invitation of Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs Zbigniew Rau.

In the morning of 28 February 2022, thanks to the efforts of the Polish Consulate in Lviv and Poland’s MFA, two coaches departed from Lviv to Poland with nearly 90 Poles on board.

On 27 February, EU member states’ chief diplomats met via a video conference to discuss EU’s further decisions to strengthen Ukraine’s resilience and increase restrictive measures against Russia.
