18.11.2021On 17 November 2021, the heads of missions of the states parties to the 1899 and 1907 Hague Conventions, represented in Warsaw, met the Polish candidate to the position of Secretary-General of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, Professor Marcin Czepelak, Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

16.11.2021Today, Polish diplomacy is marking a special event in our country’s history. On 16 November 1918, Józef Piłsudski sent a telegram to world leaders to notify the international community about the rebirth of an independent Polish State after 123 years under foreign rule.

15.11.2021On November 15, 2021, Head of the Foreign Service Arkady Rzegocki, together with Poczta Polska S.A. (Polish Mail) Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board Mr Wiesław Włodek, inaugurated the exhibition of stamps commemorating Polish diplomacy’s contribution to the strengthening of Poland's international position and the well-being of the Polish People. The ceremony was held at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the presence of the President of the Polish Philatelic Association, Mr Henryk Monkos, representatives of the diplomatic corps, students of the Diplomatic Academy and the media.

14.11.2021On 14 November 2021, an award ceremony marked the end of the 7th Bulbamovie Belarusian Film Festival. The event was organised by the National Film Archive – Audiovisual Institute, with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as one of the partners. This year’s awards went to the films Soyka (directed by Anastasiya Sergienya) and Wonderful Hills (directed by Elena Buyakova).
