On 24 and 25 February the chief of Polish diplomacy will be visiting Geneva.

Secretary of State Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk has started the process of opening new missions in Switzerland and Liechtenstein by launching the Polish Honorary Consulate in Schaan. The deputy minister also paid a visit to the Polish Museum in Rapperswil.

“Denmark is Poland’s special partner. Security is an important area of Poland’s and Denmark’s common interests. We highly value cooperation in NATO,” said the Polish top diplomat during his one-day visit to the Kingdom of Denmark.

On 20 February 2020 the head of Polish diplomacy will visit Copenhagen, where he will meet his Danish counterpart Jeppe Kofod.

“The developing cooperation between the Republic of Poland and the Holy See is based on common values, similar positions and ways of perceiving the problems of contemporary world. We stand up against the use of force to solve conflicts and changing borders contrary to the international law,” said Minister Jacek Czaputowicz during an official presentation of a volume summarising the history of diplomatic relations between Poland and the Holy See.

“Poland believes that Southeast Asia countries have a great potential, especially with regard to commercial relations. In order to boost economic cooperation, we need to enhance political dialogue” underlined Deputy Minister Marcin Przydacz during his visit to Bangladesh, Thailand and Myanmar.

The EU foreign ministers met today in Brussels (FAC) to discuss the Middle East peace process, the situation in Libya, the European Union-African Union cooperation and EU-India relations.
