Held in Brussels today, the meeting of EU top diplomats focused on Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, the developments in the Middle East, and the situation in the Sahel. The ministers also discussed the events in Belarus.

On 16–18 February, in Munich, the head of Polish diplomacy Radosław Sikorski took part in the 60th edition of one of the world’s most important global security conferences. During the conference, Minister Sikorski attended several discussion panels and held a number of bilateral meetings with his counterparts and other foreign partners.

Head of Polish diplomacy Radosław Sikorski met with his UK counterpart in Warsaw today. This was David Cameron's first official visit to Poland as Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

During today's telephone call, Poland's top diplomat Radosław Sikorski thanked Foreign Minister Mahamat Saleh Annadif for help with releasing the Polish kidnapped doctor. Minister Sikorski also appreciated the efforts and courage of Chadian soldiers, gendarmes, and members of other services involved in this brilliant operation.

On 14 February, Minister Radosław Sikorski met with Estonia's top diplomat Margus Tsahkna. The talks focused on security and further support for the fighting Ukraine.

On the occasion of the meeting of the « Weimar Triangle » in La Celle-Saint-Cloud on February 12th, 2024, we, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of France, Germany and Poland reaffirm our determination to give a new energy to our trilateral cooperation. Ahead of the second anniversary of the Russian invasion, our meeting takes place at a time when ambiguity, unpredictability, uncertainty and instability characterise international relations.

On 11–12 February 2024, in Brussels, Undersecretary of State Jakub Wiśniewski took part in the Foreign Affairs Council session in the format of development cooperation ministers of EU states (FAC Development).

Today's meeting of Polish, French, and German Foreign Ministers Radosław Sikorski, Stéphane Séjourné, and Annalena Baerbock in Paris shows that cooperation in this format is of key strategic importance for Poland, as it comes to both bilateral and trilateral relations, and broader European and transatlantic dimensions.

Today marks one year since Andrzej Poczobut, the deputy chairman of the Union of Poles in Belarus and an independent representative of Belarusian journalistic circles, was sentenced to eight years of imprisonment. His release remains a priority for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
