In March this year, the registered unemployment rate amounted to 5.9 percent in comparison with 6.1 percent in February. As results from the newest data of Statistics Poland, in the last month 984.7 thousand persons were registered in employment offices.

Retired persons and pensioners can rest assured – the President, Andrzej Duda signed the act on single cash benefit for retired persons and pensioners. As on today, the current state family policy is assessed at least well by 62 percent of Poles – as results from the study conducted by CBOS after three years of functioning of the “Family 500+” programme. Until 2013, at most 16 percent of people had such an opinion. – I admit that I am happy with this result. It shows how important a wise family policy is and confirms that we are going in the right direction - says Minister Elżbieta Rafalska.

In 2016, there were more than 94,000 users and in 2017 - over 100,000. “Development of care services is a chance for longer life in better health.
