Those interested in purchasing specific items listed in Appendix 1 may submit written bids containing:

-    the bidder’s name or company name, address, phone number, email address (according to the attached template—Appendix 2);

-    the offered price, which must not be lower than the bid price, and the terms of payment;

-    a statement by the bidder confirming that they have inspected the condition of the item or that they assume responsibility for the consequences of waiving the inspection;

-    a statement regarding the processing of personal data (GDPR) using the template specified in Appendix No. 3 (Declaration RODO) attached to this announcement.

The decisive factor in the disposal of worn-out assets through sale will be the highest price offered for each individual asset. If at least two bidders offer the same price for a given asset, the embassy may conduct an additional auction among those bidders.

The condition for the purchaser to take possession of the asset is payment of the purchase price.
