The Council of Ministers has adopted the Draft Act submitted by the Minister of the Interior and Administration on amending the Act on assistance to Ukrainian citizens in connection with the armed conflict on the territory of that country and certain other laws.

On Friday, 25 November 2022, Minister Mariusz Kamiński attended a meeting with Ana Revenco, Minister of Internal Affairs of Moldova. Their talks were devoted to some of the key challenges in the field of security, cooperation and exchange of experience in the area of internal affairs, as well as the ongoing war in Ukraine.

On Friday, 18 November, Minister Mariusz Kamiński and Deputy Minister Maciej Wąsik visited the Podlaski Border Guard Unit. The event, which was connected to the completion of work on the first section of the electronic barrier on the Polish-Belarusian border, was also attended by Major General Tomasz Praga, Commander-in-Chief of the Border Guard.

On Thursday, 10 November, Deputy Minister Paweł Szefernaker, Government Plenipotentiary for War Refugees from Ukraine, presented a report summarising the assistance Poland has provided to Ukrainian refugees fleeing war since 24 February 2022. The meeting was also attended by the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, Bartosz Grodecki, voivodes, representatives of local government officials, NGOs and the faction of the European Conservatives and Reformists. The event was organised by Joachim Brudziński, a Member of the European Parliament.

On Tuesday, 8 November, the Presidium of the Parliamentary Administration and Internal Affairs Committee visited the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast. Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, Bartosz Grodecki, attended the meeting.

On Monday, 3 October, Minister Mariusz Kaminski met with Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, the leader of the democratic opposition in Belarus. Deputy Minister Bartosz Grodecki and Artur Michalski, Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the Republic of Belarus, also participated in the conversation.

Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė and ministers from Poland and Lithuania took part in the 3rd Polish-Lithuanian intergovernmental consultations in Vilnius on Friday, 16 September. The Head of the Polish Ministry of the Interior and Administration, Mariusz Kamiński, met with Agnė Bilotaitė, Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania. Deputy Ministers Bartosz Grodecki and Arnoldas Abramavičius also participated in the talks.

Local governments and non-governmental organisations can submit applications for co-financing of local safety initiatives under the '"Safer together" Władysław Stasiak Government Programme for Limiting Crime and Antisocial Behaviour for 2022-2024'. The funding pool for the 4th edition of the Programme is PLN 36 million. Deputy Minister Maciej Wąsik has already informed the voivodes about initiating the procedure for selecting projects to be financed in 2022.

On 5 September, a meeting of heads of emergency services from Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, attended by the Minister of the Interior and Administration, Mariusz Kamiński, was held at the National Headquarters of the State Fire Service. Deputy Minister Bartosz Grodecki, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevhen Yenin, and Brigadier General Andrzej Bartkowiak, Commander-in-Chief of the State Fire Service, were also present.
