Installation of an Electricity Storage System with a Capacity Exceeding 10 MW

Choose the system you interested in.

  • System with an area of up to 1 ha (up to 0.5 ha in protected areas)

    • Electricity storage systems with an area of up to 1 ha or up to 0.5 ha in protected areas are exempt from the requirement to obtain a decision on environmental conditions. However, it is necessary to obtain a number of other permits.

     

  • System with an area exceeding 1 ha (exceeding 0.5 ha in protected areas)

    • Storage systems exceeding an area of 1 ha or 0.5 ha in protected areas require, among other things, obtaining a decision on environmental conditions. The procedural path concludes with obtaining a licence for electricity storage.
