21.10.2025Polish-Swedish Defence Industry Forum - a shared voice for security- We are at the Defence Industry Forum, on Polish-Swedish initiative. Everything changed the moment Sweden joined NATO. Since then, our history in the North Atlantic Alliance is very different. Since then, all our actions have acquired a completely new pace, especially in the Baltic Sea, for which I am very thankful. This is undoubtedly an important moment for Europe, for the world and for the relations between our countries. When we are together - in Warsaw, in Stockholm, in Brussels - Poland and Sweden are key partners, friends and allies for each other, on whom we and other countries can rely. On behalf of the people of Poland, I would like to thank everyone who contributed to such a high level of our relations, as well as thank the people of Sweden - the Kingdom of Sweden - for the support and aid, as well as being ironclad allies - said the deputy prime minister W. Kosiniak-Kamysz during the Polish-Swedish forum for security and defence.

16.10.2025The security of NATO's eastern flank remains a priority- The first panel concerned the ability to deter, NATO strategy and plans, but also something that is important to us and that I stressed in my speech, the Eastern Sentry operation established on the request of Poland after the violations of our airspace. We believe that this operation should be not just an activity, but a steady, well-planned multi-stage action connected with Baltic Sentry, so that these two operations that Poland initiated can be part of NATO strategy. Another topic was the support for Ukraine and here Poland is the country that provides this support from the first day of the conflict in the Ukraine. Our crucial mission, appreciated by other member states of the Alliance, is the transfer and securing of equipment and humanitarian aid, participation of our soldiers and security services in it. This operation could not function without Poland - stressed the deputy prime minister W. Kosiniak-Kamysz in Brussels.

10.09.2025Deputy Prime Minister W. Kosiniak-Kamysz: This is a large-scale provocation- It was a very busy night for the Polish Armed Forces, for all services, for pilots, for ground personnel, for all elements of the Polish state security system. From yesterday evening, in fact, right after my arrival in London, I was in contact with General Klisz, who made the decision to activate all forces and resources. All night, all systems and resources available for the security of the Polish state, needed for this operation, were activated. Both Polish and allied procedures worked. I would like to thank above all those who are carrying out this mission all the time. This stage has ended, but military service and all allied duties, of course, continue. I particularly thank the pilots of the Air Force and the officers of the Air Force of the Kingdom of the Netherlands - emphasized Deputy Prime Minister W. Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference regarding the unprecedented violation of Polish airspace by drone-type objects.
