Communication and information accessibility

The main reception is equipped with an induction loop to assist the hard of hearing. In addition, reception staff provide information on the layout of the NFEPWM's premises, and a visual version of information on the location and functions of the various rooms in the buildings is provided on the infokiosk screen. At the reception, you can use an online Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreter. The service is available at the reception during office hours and online on the NFOŚiGW homepage from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The service is free of charge for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.
