The website allows the use of standard navigation keys and keyboard shortcuts to move around its elements and activate the functions available on it.
The National Atomic Energy Agency does not own or provide access to any mobile applications.

Every person has the right to report a lack of accessibility or submit comments regarding the digital accessibility of the PAA website or its elements.
You can also submit a request for digital accessibility. Such a request should include:
- the name and surname of the person submitting the request,
- contact details (e.g., phone number, email address),
- the address of the website to which the request relates,
- a description of the accessibility issue with a given element or content of the website,
- the preferred method of contact.
The applicant may also request that the information be made available through an alternative means of access. In this case, please specify a convenient way to present this
information—for example, by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a film without audio description, etc.
The PAA will respond to your request or application as soon as possible, no later than within 7 days of receipt. If it is not possible to meet the request for accessibility within this time, the PAA will inform the applicant of the reasons for the delay and the date on which access to the information will be provided. If full digital accessibility is not possible, the PAA will propose an alternative means of accessing the information.
The deadline for granting access to information cannot exceed 2 months from the date of the request.
Handling requests and complaints related to accessibility
If the PAA fails to comply with the request to ensure accessibility or provide an alternative means of access to information, the person making the request may lodge a complaint with the President of the PAA or the Minister of Climate and Environment.
After exhausting the above procedure, a complaint may also be filed with the Commissioner for Human Rights.

Architectural accessibility
The main office of the National Atomic Energy Agency (PAA) is located at the Banking and Financial Centre (Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe, CBF) building at Nowy Świat 6/12, Warsaw.
There are three parking spaces designated for people with disabilities next to the building – one on the side of Aleje Jerozolimskie street and two on the side of Nowy Świat street.
The main entrance to the building is entrance A, marked with office signs, including the sign of the National Atomic Energy Agency.
In the main lobby, on the right side of the entrance, next to the Polish Post Office, there is a Service Point for visitors of the National Atomic Energy Agency.
The service point is open from 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
The service point handles matters for the General Office and informs employees of visitors’ arrival.
There is a portable induction loop at the service point (Geemarc LoopHEAR LH102 V2 model).
At the PAA, the rule is that employees personally greet guests and customers in the main lobby.
In the main lobby, there are platforms facilitating access to elevators in stairwells “A” and “D.” The elevators have convex buttons with floor numbers, additionally marked with Braille. Voice announcements are also available at the elevators.
In stairwell “A” on level -1, there is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed by elevators from stairwell “A” and an electric platform for wheelchairs (operated by CBF security staff).
Assistance dogs and guide dogs are permitted in the CBF building and the premises occupied by the PAA.
The PAA office rooms are located on the floors 2,4 and 5.
Toilets for people with physical disabilities and wheelchair users are located on the floors 2 and 4.
Elevators and corridors are accessible to people with disabilities.
The PAA office rooms do not have Braille markings, large print markings for blind and visually impaired people, or voice markings.
Accessibility Coordinator
We provide access to a Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreter online through a connection to the Migam interpreter service.
The link to the connection is available by clicking on the logo in the upper right corner of the website.
The service is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Access includes remote communication via a dedicated subpage on the website www.tlumacz.migam.org and is funded by the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
After establishing a video connection via the website, the interpreter will make a phone call on behalf of the deaf person.
The service works directly from web browsers without the need to install additional software.
