The author / authors declare that:

the work is original, written by the Author (s), does not infringe the rights of others, is subject to copyright and is free from any third party rights;
2.
they are entitled to personal and property copyrights to the work in the scope covered by this declaration.

the moment the Publisher is ordered to do so, the Author grants the Publisher a free, non-exclusive, indefinite license to use this work, in whole or in any part of the country and abroad, in the following fields of use:
a) Fixing the work without any quantitative restrictions, using any technique, on any medium, including electronic, optical, magnetic, floppy disks, CD-ROM, DVD;
b) reproduction of the work without any quantitative restrictions, in every possible technique, on any medium, including electronic, optical, magnetic, floppy, CD-ROM, DVD, in an on-line system;
c) entering the work into computer memory and multimedia networks, including the Internet, intranet-type internal networks, without any quantitative restrictions, as well as transferring works as part of the above-mentioned networks, including on-line;
d) distribution of the work, including its marketing, as part of electronic products, including electronic databases, on magnetic, digital, optical, electronic media, also in the form of CD-ROMs, floppy disks, DVDs, within the network multimedia, including internal networks (e.g. Intranets) and the Internet, on-line, by communicating on demand, by lending works;
e) publishing the work, disseminating it as part of the print of the journal number and entering the work into the computer memory, as well as disseminating a fragment, fragments or the entire work on a computer network,
f) public sharing of the work in such a way that everyone can have access to it in a place and time chosen by them,
The publisher decides on: the method of publishing, the number of editions and copies in each edition; graphic design.

the moment the work is accepted, the Author grants the Publisher the right to grant a sub-license to use the work in the fields of use indicated in point 3.
This declaration covers both the text of the work and other elements possibly included in it by the Author, such as, for example, diagrams, drawings and charts, as well as other works, messages not constituting the work or their fragments made personally by the Author or by other persons.
The author undertakes each time, in the case of placing the work in another publication or an additional edition of it separately, to include clearly (e.g. a footnote next to the title) information about the first publication made on the basis of this declaration by providing its bibliographic address.
In the event of claims by third parties against the Publisher for infringement of their copyright - as a result of the Publisher's use of the work to the extent specified in this statement - the Publisher will immediately notify the Author of this fact, who undertakes to take over the above claims.
