Borys Budka

Born on March 11, 1978. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. After completing legal counsel training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Katowice, which is followed by legal adviser training in 2007.

In parallel to working at the Department of Law of the University of Economics in Katowice, at the beginning as an assistant, currently as an adjunct professor.

In the years 2005-2009 he participated in special seminars on labor rights and social security in Bordeaux. He is a lecturer at many European universities, including: in Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium and Belgium.

In 2011, on the basis of the dissertation "Professional qualifications in relation to work", he obtained a PhD in economics. He is the author of publications on labor law, company law and civil law.

He and his wife Katarzyna have a 7-year-old heir, Lena. He is passionate about long-distance wars. Life record in the marathon – 2 hours 39 minutes 3 seconds – match in 2009 in the first edition of Siles Marathon.
