President Andrzej Duda appointed government representatives designated by Prime Minister Donald Tusk to the Social Dialogue Council. Thus, the most important institution of national social dialogue can resume its work.

Cooperation between government, employees and employers

The Social Dialogue Council (Polish: “Rada Dialogu Społecznego” or RDS) is a forum for tripartite dialogue in Poland and cooperation between the employee, employer and government sides, functioning at the central level. The RDS replaced the Tripartite Commission for Social and Economic Affairs, which had operated since 1994.
