Meeting of the Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki with mine rescuers

At the Coal Mining Museum in Zabrze, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki met with the mine rescuers who took part in the rescue operation after the earthquake in Türkiye last year. The meeting was also attended by rescuers from Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa, who participated in the rescue operation in the Pniówek and Zofiówka coal mines.
Conversation between the head of government and mine rescuers
The topic of the discussion was the rescue operation in Türkiye, new opportunities for the development of mine rescue and the participation of rescuers in actions abroad. The rescuers from Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa talked about the actions in the Pniówek and Zofiówka coal mines, which were carried out in 2022.
Paweł Wyciślok, the chairman of the Polish Mine Rescuers Trade Union also attended the meeting with the head of government.
