On the occasion of the official visit of the Amir of the State of Qatar to Poland, Minister Radosław Sikorski gave an interview to Qatar News Agency.

His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar paid an official visit to Poland. Talks with President Andrzej Duda focused primarily on economic issues.

The event, co-organized by the Embassy together with PAIH and MRIT on the occasion of the official visit of the Amir of the State of Qatar to Warsaw, brought together more than 200 people, including representatives of nearly 100 Polish companies and more than 60 representatives of Qatari companies and state institutions. Participants in the fifth edition of the Polish-Qatari Forum for New Technologies discussed about the most promising areas of cooperation between our countries.

The Consular and Polish Diaspora Section at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Doha kindly informs that as of June 1, 2024, there is a change in the fee for accepting and examining an application for a national visa (type D) and for accepting and considering an application for reconsideration of an application for a national visa. The new fee is effective from June 1 this year and will amount to 135 euros. The fee for examining an application for a Schengen visa (type C) and accepting and considering an application for reconsideration of an application for a Schengen visa remains unchanged.
