Application for Issuance / Replacement of the Temporary Foreigner Identity Certificate
Temporary Foreigner Identity Certificate (TFIC) - a document confirming the identity of persons undergoing the procedure for granting international protection.
When and where should the application be submitted?
These applications should be sent by mail to the address:
Office for Foreigners
Customer Service Office
33 Taborowa Street
02-699 Warsaw
or submitted in person at the Service Desk, 33 Taborowa Street.
Required documents:
- A properly completed application form.
- 1 current photograph taken no earlier than 6 months before the date of submitting the application.
Note: The absence of any of the above documents will result in summoning the foreigner to complete them within 7-14 days from the delivery of the summons, under the penalty of leaving the application without consideration.
Document collection
The ready TFIC documents are sent by mail to the address provided in the application.
It is not possible to collect the TFIC document in person.
