  • Power of attorney fee: PLN 17
  • Certified copy of a duplicate, excerpt, extract, abstract or a copy: PLN 5 for each complete or started page

Register of foreigners, whose residence on the territory of Poland is undesirable

Fees for residence cards issued by the Office for Foreigners

PLEASE NOTE! The account number provided below does not apply to the fees for residence cards issued by voivodes pursuant to the voivode's decision on issuing a permit to stay in Poland, and after the decision of the Border Guard to grant permission to remain for humanitarian reasons.

  • Fee for issuing a residence card: PLN 100
  • Fee for replacement of a residence card (in the event of loss or damage): PLN 200
  • Fee for replacement of a residence card (in the event of another loss or damage): PLN 300
the fees are regulated in the Ordinance of the Minister of the Interior of 25 April 2014 on the fees charged in the Republic of Poland to foreigners for the issue and exchange of documents which may be issued to foreigners, and the procedure for their payment (Journal of Laws 2014, item 563).

Discounts

Apply in the event of submitting:
  • a certificate of a competent social insurance authority on receiving financial allowance under social insurance at the specific time or
  • certificates confirming learning at a secondary or at a college/university or
  • a copy of a birth certificate of a minor foreign national, and, possible – a travel document or another identity document confirming the age of the minor foreign national.
