End of social assistance

The period of granting social security ends after the final decision in the refugee status proceedings within the time limits determined in the act.

Based on the Social Assistance Act of 12 March 2004, within 60 days of receiving a positive decision, foreigners may submit an application for an Individual Integration Programme implemented by a family support unit of a given county (more information available on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy).
