Disruptions on the MOS portal (https://mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl) may occur due to works carried out by the internet service provider on May 7, 2026, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Due to their very short-term nature, these potential disruptions do not constitute a malfunction of the ICT system as referred to in Art. 225e section 1 of the Act of 12 December 2013 on Foreigners (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1079, as amended) and, consequently, do not result in a deadline extension for submitting applications via MOS.
