To whom and how can I submit my application/request?

Applications and request must be submitted to an employee of the Office. They may be submitted in writing, by fax, by e-mail or verbally. All verbal applications and requests are documented in the form of a protocol which must be signed by the applicant and the person receiving the application/request. The protocol contains the date of receiving the application/request, the name, surname, address of the applicant and a brief description of the contents of the administrative case. The employee who receives the application/request confirms the reception.

I and my loved ones have had difficult experiences. Where can we see a psychologist?

Each of the Centres for Foreigners has dedicated psychological offices with a psychologist on duty. You can get information about opening hours from an employee of the Centre. In addition, persons who remain outside of a Centre are also eligible for psychological treatment in each Centre. Psychological care for these persons is also provided outside the Centres, in voivodship capitals with the exception of voivodships where the Centres are located. In order to schedule a visit, please contact the medical operator Petra Medica, helpline number 22 112 02 06.
