Information on stamp duty and residence card issuance fees

We would like to inform you of the obligation to pay the stamp duty and the fee for issuing a residence card, and to attach proof of these payments to applications submitted via the MOS system.
When applying for a temporary residence permit, permanent residence permit, or long-term EU resident permit in the MOS system, you must attach:
- proof of stamp duty payment (the amount depends on the type of permit – from 340 PLN to 640 PLN),
- proof of payment for the residence card issuance (100 PLN),
Please note: These are separate fees and must be paid into separate bank accounts.
Accepted forms of proof of payment:
- electronic transfer confirmation (PDF),
- a scan of the transfer confirmation,
- a clear photograph of the transfer confirmation.
We encourage you to attach an electronic transfer confirmation. By choosing this format, you avoid the need to provide scanned or photographed physical documents to the Voivodeship Office.
