Who is entitled to assistance in voluntary return?
If you want to voluntarily return to your country of origin or another country to which you have the right to enter, you can submit an application for assistance in voluntary return if your procedure for granting international protection has been concluded with a decision:
- on the discontinuation of the proceedings or
- on refusal to grant refugee status and refusal to grant subsidiary protection or
- declaring the application inadmissible.
