Work Residence card
May a foreign national who holds a valid residence card work in Poland?
That depends on the type of the permit for residence underlying the residence card. The former may allow for work (as indicated by the “OK for work” note) or not. If not, the person can work under a permit for temporary residence (other than a short-term one) and, additionally, a permit for work (unless waived).
