Consular Information Centre in Warsaw is eligible to give general advice on:

  • passport matters,
  • Polish lost documents (i.e. passports, Polish ID's, etc.),
  • Polish citizenship matters,
  • general legal and civil status matters.

IMPORTANT! Consular Information Centre in Warsaw does not provide information on visa matters. Please get in touch directly with the VIsa Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in London (london.visa@msz.gov.pl).

We urge you to contact the Consul on Duty only in cases of emergency, such as incidents or death of Polish citizens. The emergency telephone is not designated to provide customers with information regarding the office opening hours, booking appointments or passport, legal and visa matters. Please do not use the emergency telephone in such cases.
