Wojewódzki Urząd Ochrony Zabytków w Białymstoku

Redakcja Biuletynu Konserwatorskiego Województwa Podlaskiego  dbając o wysoki poziom publikowanych artykułów, mając na względzie wytyczne Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego, zawarte w publikacji „Dobre praktyki w procedurach recenzyjnych w nauce”, przyjęła następujące zasady dotyczące procesu recenzowania:

• Recenzentów wyznacza Redaktor Naczelny.
• Do recenzji powołuje się dwóch niezależnych recenzentów.
• Procedura recenzowania odbywa się z poszanowaniem zasad anonimowości i bezstronności. (tzw. doubel-blind)
• Przesyłane Recenzentom teksty pozbawione są cech identyfikacyjnych Autora.
• Formularz recenzji dostępny jest na stronie internetowej Biuletynu Konserwatorskiego.
• Recenzent, po zapoznaniu się z tekstem, sugeruje dalszy przebieg postępowania:

1. rekomenduje artykuł do publikacji bez zastrzeżeń albo
2. rekomenduje poddanie artykułu ponownej recenzji, po dokonaniu w nim zmian sugerowanych przez Recenzenta albo
3. nie rekomenduje artykułu do publikacji.

• Redakcja podaje listę Recenzentów bez publikacji nazwisk Recenzentów poszczególnych artykułów.

To ensure the high quality of published articles and in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education set out in the publication "Good Practices in Review Procedures in Science," the Editorial Board of “The Conservation Bulletin of the Podlaskie Voivodeship” has adopted the following review process principles:

• Appointment of Reviewers: Reviewers are appointed by the Editor-in-Chief.

• Independent Evaluation: Each manuscript is evaluated by two independent reviewers.

• Anonymity and Impartiality: The review process follows the principles of anonymity and impartiality, utilizing a double-blind peer review system.

• Anonymization: Manuscripts sent to reviewers are anonymized to remove any author identification.

• Review Form: The official review form is available on the Bulletin’s website.

• Review Outcomes: After evaluating the text, the reviewer recommends one of the following courses of action:

  • Acceptance for publication without reservations.

  • Recommendation for re-review after the author implements suggested revisions.

  • Rejection of the manuscript.

• Confidentiality of Assignments: The Editorial Board publishes a general list of cooperating reviewers without disclosing the identities of the reviewers assigned to specific articles.
