Poland in Denmark

Held as part of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the meeting with the Danish Minister took place on Thursday 27 March.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk inaugurated the construction of the Baltica 2 offshore wind farm. The investment is jointly developed by the Polish PGE Group and the Danish company Ørsted.

As part of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, our Embassy hosted meetings of EU Heads of Mission in Copenhagen with leading Danish politicians.

80 years have passed since the liberation of the German Nazi concentration and extermination camp Auschwitz-Birkenau, a place where more than 1 million innocent human lives were lost, one of the most tragic chapters in human history.

A meeting with representatives of the Danish MFA and the participation in a conference of three successive presidencies (a trio of Poland, Denmark, and Cyprus) were the major points of Deputy Minister Prawda׳s visit to Copenhagen on 5–6 December 2024.

In connection with Constitution Day on Monday, 5 June, and Corpus Christi on Thursday, 8 June, the Polish Embassy, including the Consular Section, will be closed on both of these days.

We kindly inform you that Embassy of the Republic of Poland, including Consular Office, will be closed on 1, 3 and 5 May 2023. On 2 and 4 May Embassy and Consular Office will be opened.
