On Wednesday, 5 October 2022, the head of Greek diplomacy visited Poland. “Polish-Greek bilateral relations are friendly and have been developing harmoniously. There are no contentious issues in our relations. Also of importance is the fact that they are based on mutual friendship between our nations,” stated Minister Rau after talks with his Greek counterpart.

On 3 October 2022, Poland was re-elected as a member of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Council for 2023–2026. The election was held at the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference in Bucharest, launched on 26 September. Poland has taken part in the work of the ITU Council since 2010.

On 3 October, in his capacity to represent Minister Zbigniew Rau as the Chairperson-in-Office of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Undersecretary of State Marcin Przydacz met with Philip T. Reeker, US Department of State's Senior Advisor for Caucasus Negotiations, who also serves as US OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair and lead negotiator for the US delegation to the Geneva International Discussions (GID).

On 3 October, Deputy Foreign Minister Paweł Jabłoński took part in the launch of the 2nd Polish Economic & Technology Forum in Bern and in its first panel, “Chances and challenges for the future global socio-economic order.”
