On 12-13 September, the head of Polish diplomacy will take part in bilateral consultations with the minister of foreign affairs of the Kingdom of Denmark.

On 9 September, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Piotr Wawrzyk opened an information meeting on Poland’s candidature for the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Council. The meeting was also attended by Undersecretary of State Paweł Lewandowski of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister who is responsible for telecommunication and digitalisation issues.

On 8 September, Minister Zbigniew Rau visited Prague, where, in his capacity as the OSCE’s Chairman-in-Office, he opened the 30th OSCE Economic and Environmental Forum.

During the 31st edition of the event, Secretary of State Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk joined three panels: “Geopolitical significance of the new TEN-T network in Central and Eastern Europe”; “Fuel for dominance – looking for advantages in a globalised world”; and “Assistance programmes for Polish nationals from Ukraine, holders of the Pole’s Card”.

On 8 September, the Polish Parliament hosted a conference on cooperation with member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

On 7 September, Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau attended, as a guest of honour, the annual meeting of ambassadors in Romania. He also held political consultations with the head of Romania’s diplomacy Bogdan Aurescu.

On 26 September 2022 - 7 October 2022, the Polish 2022 OSCE Chairmanship-in-Office, with the support of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) organize Warsaw Human Dimension Conference.

On 7 and 8 September, Poland’s chief diplomat is visiting Romania and the Czech Republic.

On 6 September, Secretary of State Piotr Wawrzyk of the MFA took part in the official opening of the International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) in Kielce. More than 30 foreign delegations, including Turkey with its lead nation exhibition, participate in this year’s fair.
