FAO Regional Conference for EuropeThe 33rd session of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations’ Regional Conference for Europe (ERC33) will be held on 10 - 13 May in Łódź, during which the issues of ensuring food security and the transformation of agrifood systems will be discussed. 06.05.2022Minister Rau to visit TehranOn 7-9 May 2022, Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau will pay an official visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran at the invitation of the Iranian side. During the visit, Poland’s top diplomat will meet with Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi and President of the Iranian Islamic Consultative Assembly Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf. He will also hold political consultations with Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.

04.05.2022Head of the Foreign Service Arkady Rzegocki visits DublinOn May 3-4, 2022, the Head of the Foreign Service, Arkady Rzegocki, visited Dublin to meet with senior representatives of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ireland and discuss the organization and functioning of the foreign service. The Head of the Foreign Service also met the representatives of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions to discuss cooperation with Polish analytical and research institutions and the promotion of Polish candidates for employment in EU institutions. An important element of the program was the participation in the celebrations of the May 3rd National Day and a meeting with representatives of the oldest Polish diaspora organizations in Ireland.
