19.11.2021Deputy Minister Paweł Jabłoński takes part in the meeting of the EU development cooperation ministersThe EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting in the format of development cooperation ministers was held in Brussels on Friday, 19 November. The ministers talked about the humanitarian situation in Ethiopia, Sudan, and Afghanistan, the importance of water in development cooperation, in particular in Central Asia, as well as the EU’s support for global distribution of COVID-19 vaccines. The officials also held a discussion with Administrator of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) Samantha Power on the most important challenges facing development assistance, as well as the future of EU-US cooperation in this area. Poland was represented by Undersecretary of State Paweł Jabłoński.
