The ministerial conference, organised at the initiative of Egypt and with the support of the UN, was held in Cairo on 2 December 2024. Its main purpose was to build political support for an end to the Gaza conflict and strengthen humanitarian efforts, as well as mobilise additional resources to improve the humanitarian situation in Gaza.

The priorities of the Polish presidency in the context of the European Union's enlargement policy and the state of accession negotiations were on the agenda of the Tallinn Group’s 35th meeting, which was inaugurated by Undersecretary of State Marek Prawda.

Undersecretary of State Anna Radwan-Röhrenschef took part in the launch of a meeting with representatives of local government units.

Today, Polish MFA Undersecretary of State Marek Prawda and North Macedonian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Zoran Dimitrovski have reviewed bilateral relations and discussed North Macedonia’s integration process with the EU. The officials also exchanged opinions on the situation in the Western Balkans and the war in Ukraine.

Bilateral and security issues, Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, and Japan’s support for Ukraine were high on the agenda of consultations held by Foreign Ministers of Poland and Japan, Radosław Sikorski and Takeshi Iwaya.

On Wednesday, 27 November, the Interministerial Group for Polish Community and Poles Abroad convened for its first meeting, chaired by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Henryka Mościcka-Dendys. The talks focused on long-term objectives and principles of the government’s diaspora policy.

Support for Ukraine and advancements in transatlantic relations prevailed on the agenda of today's talks among the foreign ministers of Poland, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain-the Big Five European Union member states-and the United Kingdom, held as a hybrid event hosted by the Palace on the Isle in Warsaw. The chief diplomats of Italy, Germany, and France, and Kaja Kallas, the incoming High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, arrived in Warsaw to take part in the meeting. The foreign ministers of Spain and the United Kingdom joined the event from remote locations.

Radosław Sikorski and Jean-Noël Barrot, Foreign Ministers of Poland and France, met in Warsaw on 19 November 2024. Their talks focused on the development of Polish–French relations and the continued cooperation as part of the Weimar Triangle.
