01.03.2023The largest national programme in the entire EU has been launched - European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027We will allocate almost EUR 29.3 billion, of which EUR 24.2 billion of EU funds for investment and projects in the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment programme. The funds will be used, among others, for the development of low-carbon economy, road building, railway development, environment and health protection and culture. During the kick-off conference of the programme, the priorities of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment (FEnIKS) programme were presented, along with information on calls for proposals in individual sectors covered by the programme. During the event, a representative of the European Commission handed over the decisions approving the programme to the Minister of Development Funds and Regional Policy. The ceremony took place in the presence of ministers and deputy ministers of the Polish Government and beneficiaries of EU funds.

The event was attended by the Minister of Development Funds and Regional Policy (MFiPR), Grzegorz Puda and the Minister of Health, Adam Niedzielski as well as the deputy minister at the MFiPR, Marcin Horała and the deputy minister at the Ministry of Health (MZ), Marcin Martyniak, as well as experts and representatives of the medical science community.

08.02.2023Poland inaugurates European programmes for the years 2021-2027Poland has already begun the implementation of programmes financed from the new EU budget for the years 2021-2027. Our country has obtained the approval for all cohesion policy programmes in the new programming period 2021-2027. This concludes a long and demanding process of preparation, negotiations by the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy and all the ministries and local authorities responsible for the various programmes. Poland will make investments worth almost EUR 76 billion under the Cohesion Policy in the coming years. At the launch of the new financial perspective, EU Commissioner for Cohesion and Reforms Elisa Ferreira and Commissioner for Jobs and Social Rights Nicolas Schmit handed Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki and Minister of Development Funds and Regional Policy Grzegorz Puda and marshals of voivodeships the decisions certifying that European funds for the years 2021-2027 will reach the citizens of our country both on the national and regional levels. This took place in the presence of ministers and deputy ministers of the Polish Government, representatives of local authorities and NGOs, and beneficiaries of EU funds.

06.02.2023Official launch of the European Funds for Podkarpackie (EFP) programme 2021-2027Almost EUR 2.3 billion will be allocated to the Podkarpackie voivodeship under the new regional programme. The kick-off meeting of the programme took place in Jasionka near Rzeszów on 16 February 2023. The event was attended by Deputy Minister Małgorzata Jarosińska-Jedynak and representatives of the regional government and the European Commission.

19.01.2023New edition of the Maluch+ programme. Call for proposals launched102,000 childcare places for the youngest children will be created under the Maluch+ programme in the next few years. The new edition of the programme was announced at a press briefing on Thursday, attended by the Minister of Family and Social Policy Marlena Maląg, Deputy Minister Barbara Socha and Minister of Development Funds and Regional Policy Grzegorz Puda.
