The Polish Special Session on Rebuilding Communities and Neighborhoods after war and natural disasters was organized in the context of the war in Ukraine. In order for the process of assistance and recovery from the devastation to be effective, dialogue and cooperation with local communities and local authorities is essential. The session was attended by UN-Habitat Executive Director Maimunah Mohd Sharif and the Deputy Minister Małgorzata Jarosińska-Jedynak, as well as by President of Katowice Marcin Krupa.
