The concept is to become a document combining socio-economic and spatial planning. Most development processes that directly or indirectly shape our living environment take place in space. Different areas of Poland need a different perspective and their own development paths. Our objective is to preserve the diversity of all areas while strengthening territorial cohesion and sustainable use of natural resources.

12.04.2021The National Recovery Plan - consultation summary35 days, 3 days of meetings with more than 10,000 participants on-line, 5 hearings, 5.5 thousand of opinions submitted via a form on the website - this is how the public consultation on the draft National Recovery Plan (NRP) can be summarised in a nutshell. Opinions are currently being analysed by a group of experts from the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy (MFiPR). There are already decisions on the first changes to the document.

09.04.2021Universities accessible for all studentsEven every tenth person with Asperger Syndrome manifests special abilities and can be an outstanding graduate and scientist. However, difficulties in finding their way in a new environment often stand in their way. Therefore, 40 universities across Poland will implement a programme of individual support for students with ASD (autism spectrum disorders). Under the agreement signed on 8 April 2021 at the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, the project received funding from European Funds. The project implements the objectives of the government's "Accessibility Plus" Programme.

10.03.2021European Funds for a Modern Economy - we are opening consultationsPLN 36 billion constitutes the budget of the European Funds for a Modern Economy Programme (FENG), successor to the Intelligent Development Programme (IDP). The FENG will support among others research, implementation of innovations, use of advanced technologies, growth of competitiveness of Polish SMEs, and industrial transformation and entrepreneurship. The meeting commencing public consultations was opened by the deputy minister for funds and regional policy, Małgorzata Jarosińska-Jedynak. The FENG consultations will last until 14 April 2021.

05.03.2021European Funds for Eastern Poland - what will they look like in 2021-2027?PLN 11.4 billion is the budget of the programme for Eastern Poland in the new perspective of the European Funds for 2021-2027. What will be the priorities of the programme and where will the funds be invested, was discussed by Deputy Minister Małgorzata Jarosińska-Jedynak during the conference opening the consultations, which was held on-line on 5 March. The Deputy Minister met with representatives of the region - local government officials, entrepreneurs, inhabitants, economic and social partners, representatives of the academic and scientific circles.

02.03.2021Additional funds for regions from the EU budget for 2021-2027. We are opening talks with marshalsOn 22 February, MFIPR finished consultations on the Partnership Agreement - the most important document defining what the European Funds from the cohesion policy and the Just Transition Fund (JTF) will be used for in 2021-2027. We will have EUR 72.2 billion for cohesion policy in the future EU perspective, and EUR 3.8 billion under the JTF.

26.02.2021National Recovery Plan - we are programming EU funds for PolandThe National Recovery Plan (NRP) is a comprehensive document that sets out the objectives for rebuilding and creation of Poland's socio-economic resilience following the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. It includes proposals for reforms and investments that will help Poland get back on the path to development. Consultations on the National Recovery Plan begin on 26 February. On 2, 4 and 9 March, debates on the NRP will be held.

18.01.2021What investments will be made from the European Funds? We start consultations of the Partnership AgreementOn Monday we launched public consultations of the Partnership Agreement, the most important document defining the areas of investment of the European Funds in Poland in 2021-2027 period. It’s about EUR 76 billion from the EU cohesion policy and the Just Transition Fund. The Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy prepared the draft of the Partnership Agreement that will be then consulted in all voivodships.
