Photovoltaic Micro-System (up to 50 kW)

A photovoltaic system with a total installed capacity of up to 6.5 kW is exempt from the requirement to obtain administrative approvals. In the case of an “on-grid” system, it is only necessary to submit a notification of the micro-system’s connection to the grid (or obtain connection conditions).
For a photovoltaic system with a total installed capacity exceeding 6.5 kW, it is mandatory to consult a fire protection expert to ensure that the device design complies with fire safety requirements. It is also required to notify the State Fire Service upon completion of construction.
