EPAPA in 2024
The Eastern Partnership Academy of Public Administration (EPAPA) program is implemented by the National School of Public Administration (KSAP) on the initiative of and in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The aim of EPAPA is to strengthen public administrations in the Eastern Partnership countries through specialized training for their civil servants.
In 2024, the 14th edition of the EPAPA program consisting of three modules, took place. The first module was a two-week internship for civil servants from the five Eastern Partnership countries, organized in cooperation with the Department of Civil Service of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. Two training modules, addressed to civil servants from Moldova and Ukraine, included lectures and workshops conducted by experienced experts and practitioners. In cooperation with the National Revenue Administration (KAS) and the Ministry of Finance (MF), a module on the development of digital services and customer service in tax administration was organized. Second module, with the Chancellery of the Polish Parliament (Sejm), was conducted on training on the role of national parliaments in the process of European integration. A total of 46 participants took part in the fourteenth edition of EPAPA.
